10/29/24- DeMuniz Investigations assisted attorney Mike DeMuniz in his defense of AU in Clackamas County. AU was previously convicted by a non-unanimous jury of six counts of Sodomy 1 but had his case reversed. Clackamas County dismissed the case instead of retrying AU.
Portland Man found Not Guilty of Manslaughter and Assault II
3/20/24- DeMuniz Investigations assisted attorney Mike DeMuniz in his representation of BC in Multnomah County. BC was found not guilty of Manslaughter I, Assault II and Tampering by Judge Steffan Alexander. Not Guilty on all 27 Counts
1/30/24- DeMuniz Investigations assisted attorneys Steven Sherlag and Alexandria Hanna in defending NP in a prosecution in Washington County. NP was charged with 27 counts which included Rape, Sodomy and Strangulation. DeMuniz located key photographs and evidence that contradicted the complaining witness's sworn testimony. After a nine-day jury trial, NP was found not guilty of all charges.
